What happens during a session?

What areas do you serve?
In-person sessions are available in the Round Rock area of Austin, TX. Housecalls are available within 30 minutes of Round Rock, TX 78735. Online sessions via Zoom are available anywhere.
How many sessions do I need?
As with any new energy modality, it is recommended to give yourself at least 3 sessions to become open to the energy and see shifts in your body over time. Many clients experience noticeable changes after their first session, but deeper transformation occurs with consistency.
Are package discounts available?
Yes! Packs of 3, 6, or 10 sessions can be purchased for savings of $34 to $160. You have 5 days from your first session to upgrade, and I will apply your first session credit towards your package.
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is necessary. Just an open mind and a willingness to heal. I will guide you through the entire process and hold sacred space for your journey.
Do you offer other Modalities?
Yes!
