I'm Crystal Morris. A Corporate Dropout turned Energetic Alchemist, and I'm here to guide you back home to yourself.

After over a decade working with some of the world's top tech companies, I hit a wall. Burnt out, emotionally numb, and completely disconnected from my body, I knew something had to change. The turning point came in 2020 during a profound plant medicine experience following the loss of someone dear to suicide. In that sacred space, I received a crystal-clear message: it was time to shed the corporate façade and devote my life to helping others reconnect with their hearts, heal their pain, and remember who they truly are.

That moment became the catalyst for a complete life transformation and a deep soul initiation into the healing arts.

Since then, I've immersed myself in intensive study and deep personal healing. I've shed layers of trauma, ancestral patterns, and conditioning through somatic bodywork, emotional clearing, energy medicine, and sacred practices. Not just to learn techniques, but to truly live and embody the healing myself.

Every modality I offer today is one I've experienced and integrated firsthand. I know what it feels like to be trapped in pain, disconnected from your body, and yearning for something more. And I know the profound freedom that comes when you finally release what's been holding you back.

When I discovered Kundalini Activation, a fire in me ignited. When I discovered Spinal Energetics™, everything clicked. These modalities work across the nervous system, subconscious mind, and energy field to release stored trauma and activate life force energy in ways that traditional therapy and bodywork couldn't reach for me.

Sacred Spinal Activation (my signature fusion of these powerful practices) became the missing piece in my own healing journey. Now, as the first certified Spinal Energetics™ Practitioner in Austin, TX, I'm honored to share this transformational work with you.
